- All rates are quoted in US dollars per room per night.
- Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 10% government tax.
- 3rd person surcharge for child 12 years and below is at US$ 30++ inclusive of breakfast. No extra bed will be provided.
- Check-in time is 1400hrs and check-out time is 1200hrs.

Cancellation Policy
- 1 night non-refundable deposit is required upon confirmation of booking.
- 30 days prior to arrival date - 100% charge of confirmed room nights.
- No show/24 hours cancellation or shorten stay - 100% of the total nights.

Peak Season
- Minimum 3 nights stay.
- Full pre-payment is required 30 days prior to arrival and no refund.

Transfers
- Airport transfer by minivan - US$ 10++ per person per way (maximum 8 pax).
- Airport transfer by car - US$ 25++ per way (maximum 2 pax).
- Airport transfer by bus - US$ 40++ per bus per pay (minimum 9 and maximum 15 pax).
