Terms & Conditions ~ All rates are quoted in US Dollars per room per night. ~ Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 10% VAT (Valued Added Tax). ~ No extra bed may be placed in the room, although an existing sofa may serve as a bed for children. A 3rd person surcharge of US$30++ per night applies for children aged 12 years and below. This surcharge includes breakfast. ~ Check-in and check-out times are 2pm and 12 noon respectively. ~ All prices and package details are subject to change without prior notice. Cancellation Policy ~ Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival date will be charged a 1-night room fee. ~ Cancellations made 1 day or less prior to arrival date will be charged a 100% cancellation fee on the full package price. ~ No-shows and stays that are cut short will be charged a 100% cancellation fee on the full package price. |
