Check in :	Please check in at the spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time.
Valuables :	The management accepts no responsibility for the loss of money or valuables of any kind brought into the spa premises.
Special Consideration :	Guests who are pregnant, have high blood pressure, heart conditions or other medical complications, are advised to consult their doctors before using any spa services.
Cancellation Policy :	Kindly provide us with a 24-hour cancellation notice for you appointment. Rescheduling of appointments is subject to availability. A 50% cancellation fee is imposed for any cancellation made less than 4 hours before treatment time. A full charge will be imposed for a 'no-show'.
Payment :	For non-resident hotel guests, payment is required prior to the treatment.
Refund Policy :	Treatment packages and spa membership are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-exchangeable.
Internet Bookings :	Advance Internet bookings are encouraged to avoid disappointment. The spa reserves the right to offer and recommend alternative spa treatments if the ones requested are not available.
