*	22 December - 10 January (all dates inclusive): minimum stay of 3 consecutive nights required and a peak period surcharge of US$40++ per night applies.
•	Rates are quoted in US dollars per room per night.
•	Rates are subject to 10% service charge and 15% VAT.
•	Check-in time: from 2pm. Check-out time: 12pm.
•	Children under five years of age can stay on a complimentary basis with their parents, sharing the existing bedding.
•	Best available published rate applicable to extension nights.
•	One-way transfer by car from Colombo to Deerpark Hotel is available at US$100++. The car can seat a maximum of three passengers.
